Sharpe was previously the Manager of Carrier Optimization, Licensing, Training and Quality Assurance at Porch. There she led several departments to achieve aggressive growth goals and operational excellence. This increased lead conversation by over 10%, policy retention by 34% and the agency cross-sell rate by 30%.
In addition to a track record of maximizing conversion and profitability, Sharpe has expert-level P&C insurance knowledge. This enables her to develop and manage operational strategies that support organizational growth objectives, break down mission-critical KPIs, and analyze performance metrics to improve individual and team results, all while maintaining industry regulatory compliance.
